The Executive Alignment Process is a facilitated dialogue among its executive team members whereby they clearly define for themselves and one another their roles, responsibilities, authorities, and relationships. HDI assists the team in developing a dynamic “job description” that depicts each team member’s continuing responsibilities as well as more specific responsibilities suited to meet current challenges and move the firm’s strategic plan ahead. The Alignment Process assures that the leaders capitalize upon their strengths as individuals and minimizes their weaknesses. Specific training needs for each person are also identified. A by-product of the process is that of creating a more cohesive and collaborative executive team whose individual members are functioning at a higher level of performance.
