Kyle brings to HDI a winning track record spanning over 30 years including working for small and large companies as well as owning his own business. His success grew out of business ownership, development, marketing, sales and promotion. Donna works with HDI’s consultants in providing office support so that our clients enjoy a seamless experience in dealing with our firm. RICK HICKS
Rick has more than 20 years of experience in learning management and human resources, including 10 years as a part of the executive team of a global consulting and training company. He has extensive operational experience, having lead a team of over 70 facilitators and 11 instructional designers, attaining record profits by restructuring, improving use of technology, optimizing utilization and improving both customer and employee satisfaction.
Rick brings to HDI the following background:
− Actively involved with ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) having served on the International Board of Directors, NAC (National Advisors for Chapters) Chair, past president and director of the Dallas Chapter. Received Volunteer-Staff Partnership Award in 2003.
− Taught Human Resources at the University of Louisiana Lafayette for the past eight semesters.
− Presented extensively on a variety of topics including Safety, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Creativity, Risk Management, and Learning and Development at many conferences and workshops including ASTD, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE).
