People are continually working in teams.  A team might be a department, a task force, or a division.  It might also be a board of directors, or an executive committee.  Whatever the group, the players must have a common goal, a culture of contribution, mutual accountability, communication, and both unity and diversity.  Great groups develop both their technical skills and their “soft” skills in order to become a high-performing team.
